Teaching the kids proper hygiene is an important part of the market program.

The younger kids play with blocks and giant legos during play time before the planned activities start.

The older kids will play with sports balls and jump ropes.

| Before we start the lesson we sing and dance with the kids to get all the jitterbugs out.

Every week there is a specific lesson that UBECI wants the kids to learn, they gather on the mats under the canopy tents for the lesson before they break off and do the activity.
 |
Once the activity starts the kids are divided up in to smaller groups with the volunteers, it usually includes coloring or some sort of gluing project to reinforce the lesson that was taught.

| When the kids need to go to the bathroom or when it is time to take them back to their parents we take them hand-in-hand and they lead the way. |
